1 Overview of Services

YAW SOLUTIONS provides software development, enterprise software, custom ERP solutions, and SaaS communication tools including management platforms for WhatsApp Business communication. Our services enable client businesses to manage customer interaction through their own business accounts.

2 Client Account & Platform Usage

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their platform credentials and account access. Each business client connects and operates its own accounts (including WhatsApp Business accounts) on our platform.

• Clients agree to use the platform only for legitimate business purposes.
• Clients are responsible for all messages, content, and customer interactions conducted via their connected accounts.
• Clients must comply with applicable messaging policies, data protection laws, and platform policies (including Meta / WhatsApp Commerce and Messaging Policies).

3 Data Protection & Privacy

Our collection and processing of business data and personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Data processed through our platform is used solely to deliver the software capabilities requested by the client. We do not sell client data or customer interaction data.

4 Intellectual Property

All software, proprietary code, visual interfaces, documentation, and design assets provided by YAW SOLUTIONS remain the exclusive intellectual property of YAW SOLUTIONS. Clients retain ownership of their proprietary business data and content.

5 Limitation of Liability

YAW SOLUTIONS provides software and tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service and high availability, YAW SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party service provider outages or account suspensions caused by client policy violations.
